1. Limited Lifetime Warranty

H Cookware products are built to last and withstand daily use in both home and commercial kitchens. Normal wear and tear, changes in color, stains and scratches are not covered under our warranty policy.

All H Cookware products purchased directly from us by you, the original buyer or, in the case of a gift, to the initial recipient of this H Cookware product, are covered for any manufacturer's defect for the lifetime of the product under normal use and following care instructions.

 

2. Nonstick

Our nonstick cookware has a professional grade coating but no coating lasts a lifetime, and normal degradation from use is expected and not covered under warranty.

 

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear; damage arising from thermal shock, use of metal utensils, improper use, drops or any unauthorized modification or repair; damage due to high heat or prolonged exposure to heat when empty, or exposure to temperatures above 260ºC; damage caused by scouring pads, steel wool or abrasive cleaner or bleach; damage caused by acts of God (including without limitation fire, flood, or similar catastrophic events).

H Cookware reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.

 

4. Returns

H Cookware designed and handcrafted products to provide the best quality to you the cook. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
