Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, except for Sunday and Public Holidays.

Time of Delivery by Area

• HCM and nearby areas, Southwest provinces, Ha Noi & Da Nang (1-3 working days)
• Suburban Areas from HCM, Ha Noi, Da Nang to other cities and provinces (5-7 working days)
• High mountains, islands and restricted areas (15-30 working days depending on availability of the delivery services)

Note: Suburban and urban details: depending on each deliverer, there will be different ways to classify the inner city and suburbs.

We currently do not ship outside of South Korea and Vietnam. When we ship to other regions we will update our shipping policies. thank you for your patience.

2. Your Rights

Upon the receipt of your H Cookware product(s), you have the following rights:

• H Cookware offers free shipping with all online orders (excluding return orders) for Vietnam & Korea.
• You can ask the delivery staff to open the box for you to check the quantity, color, type, size, appearance of the product before receiving.
• In case the delivery staff refuses to let you check the product, please refuse to receive the package and contact our customer service department. We will ask the staff to deliver the package to you again and must let you check the product. Or you can call customer service for immediate assistance.
• The shipping company will attempt to deliver the item to the recipient three (3) times before reporting a delivery failure, and the customer will be responsible for paying new shipping charges for the next delivery.
• If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return the product to us at no cost within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To see our full returns policy, click here.
