2QT/16cm: 176 mm diameter; 143 mm cooking surface diameter; 345 mm length with handle; and 102 mm depth.
4QT/20cm: 216 mm diameter; 184 mm cooking surface diameter; 481 mm length with handle; and 126 mm depth.
Care & Use
Oven safe to 260ºC.
Suitable for gas, electric and induction cooktops.
After cooking, allow the pan cool to room temperature before cleaning. Avoid running cold water on a hot pan, as it may cause warping.
Hand wash the pan with warm water, soap and a sponge or dishcloth. For tougher residue, the back of a sponge or a non-abrasive scouring pad can be used. Dishwasher use is not recommended due to harsh chemicals.
For the nonstick pan, refrain from using abrasive materials like scotch brite pad, scouring pads, vinegar or harsh cleaners, as they may damage the nonstick coating, impacting its future use.
