Designed for sauces, reductions, and other liquid-based cooking in small to medium volumes.

Description

A stable base holds contact on any cooktop, including induction, and tall, straight sides keep liquid contained as it reduces. The surface heats evenly and responds quickly, so a reduction doesn't scorch the moment your attention shifts elsewhere. A stainless steel lid sits flush against the pan, holding in heat and moisture while still letting steam escape.

Built for Small Batches

From a quick pan sauce to melting butter, cooking grains, or reheating leftovers, the saucepan is sized for smaller volumes that call for a closer eye. Like the rest of the stainless clad line, it moves from stovetop to oven.

3-Ply Stainless Clad

An aluminum core bonded between stainless steel layers, for fast, even heating.

Longer Life by Design

Built for the Hand

The handle is hollow stainless steel, which reduces its mass and slows how quickly heat travels up its length, so it stays cooler to hold during cooking. It's shaped to sit naturally in the hand, balanced for lifting and pouring with control.

The larger size adds a helper handle, so it can be lifted and poured with two hands once it's holding a full volume. The smaller size is sized to manage comfortably with one.

Both are oven safe.

Riveted, Not Welded

Stainless steel rivets attach the handle to the pan.

Rivets let the joint move slightly as the metal expands and contracts with heat, so the handle stays secure under repeated use instead of cracking or separating the way a weld can.

Easy Pour

A rolled edge directs liquid away from the sidewall, reducing drips during pouring.

Engineered Base

A subtle concave base expands toward flat as it heats, maintaining consistent contact with the cooktop—including induction.

It stays stable under rapid heat changes, which reduces long-term warping.

Care, Simplified

Wash with detergent and water — heat and a little liquid will help release any stuck-on residue, and a scrub if needed finishes the job. Dry after washing. With basic care, it holds up to years of regular use.
