Built for sauces, risottos, and continuous stirring — designed around movement and control at the stove.

Description

A wide base sits flat against the cooktop for full, even contact, whatever surface you're cooking on. The walls curve up from there with no corners so nothing gets left behind as you stir. Heat spreads evenly across the surface and adjusts quickly when you change the flame. A sauce reducing on low responds the moment you turn the dial. A stainless steel lid sits flush against the saucier, holding in heat and moisture while still letting steam escape.

Built for Sauces

Handles sauces, grains, and other liquid-based cooking, with room for whisking, emulsifying, and finishing a dish right at the stove. It moves easily from stovetop to oven when a recipe calls for both.

3-Ply Stainless Clad

An aluminum core bonded between stainless steel layers, for fast, even heating.

Longer Life by Design

Built for the Hand

The handle is hollow stainless steel, which reduces its mass and slows how quickly heat travels up from the pan.

It's shaped for a natural, balanced grip, so the pan stays controlled when you lift or move it. A helper handle supports two-handed lifting and adds stability once the pan is carrying a fuller volume. Both handles are oven safe.

Riveted, Not Welded

Stainless steel rivets attach the handle to the pan.

Rivets let the joint move slightly as the metal expands and contracts with heat, so the handle stays secure under repeated use instead of cracking or separating the way a weld can.

Easy Pour

A rolled edge directs liquid away from the sidewall, reducing drips during pouring.

Engineered Base

A subtle concave base expands toward flat as it heats, maintaining consistent contact with the cooktop—including induction.

It stays stable under rapid heat changes, which reduces long-term warping.

Care, Simplified

Wash with detergent and water — heat and a little liquid will help release any stuck-on residue, and a scrub if needed finishes the job. Dry after washing. With basic care, it holds up to years of regular use.
